THE UNIVERSITY OF GOROKA - ENROLMENT INFORMATION FOR 2023

The University of Goroka is one of the four State Universities in Papua New Guinea. The University is a leading Teacher Training hub for the Southwest Pacific region outside Australia and New Zealand. The University offers Specialized Degree, and Diploma Programs in the School of Education, School of Humanities, School of Science and Technology, Institute of Technical Vocational Education and Training, School of PostGraduate Studies, Institute of Distance and Flexible Learning, UOG Enga Campus, and UOG Sepik Campus. It now calls for applications for enrolment/re-enrolment for all Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs in 2023.

  - Application forms can be downloaded through the University website or can be sent upon request through email. Completed applications should be posted early to avoid your application reaching the University after the closing date.
  - Students applying for re-enrolment should submit their applications like all other applicants.
  - All interested School and Non-School Leaver applicants for undergraduate programs are required to sit for STAT-P test to qualify for admissions. Online bookings on https://statpng.acer.org/register will open on Tuesday 27th September 2022.
  - The dates for ACER STAT – Paptitude test in 2022 will be from 7th - 12th November 2022.
  - Test bookings and test fee payments will close on 30th October 2022. STAT-P Test results for 2021 will not be used for 2023 selections.
  - Programs applicable to school leavers are found in the school leaver forms for them to make their choice.

C. SPONSORSHIP

The University does not sponsor students for any programs.

D. APPLICATION PROCESSING FEE

Pre-service Applicants who do not sit for STAT P test will NOT be considered.
Pre-service applicants who completed grade 12 BEFORE 2013 will not be considered.
Applications from un-recognized institutions will not be considered.
Applications received after the closing date will not be considered.
